☆ WINTER SHIPPING & HEATPACK

We will check temperature prior to shipping during winter months. If the temperature is too low for the shipping the type of plant you have ordered, a free heatpack will be included with your order. We use 72-hour heatpacks. We may temporarily suspend shipping during adverse weather conditions.

☆ UNITED KINGDOM 

Shipping Rate: £6.99

Order Process Time: 1-4 Business Days

Shipping Time: 1-2 Business Days (UK Mainland); 2-3 Business Days (N.Ireland)

We usually ship via UPS and Royal Mail. All deliveries come with tracking numbers and require signatures. Regrettably it is not possible to choose a specific courier.

LOCAL PICK UP  is possible at London Finsbury Park Underground Station (Piccadilly line, Victoria line and National Rail) in the UK. Pick-ups are available during weekdays and weekends. Simply choose pick up option at check out and you will be contacted to arrange the pick up time and details once the order has been placed. 

 

☆ SHIPPING DELAYS

Occasionally shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances that is out of our control. Due to Covid-19, shipping time may take 1-3 days longer. In the event where your plant arrives damaged or dead due to shipping delays, we will be happy to issue you a full refund or a replacement order where possible. If you have noticed delays using the tracking information, please contact us or the courier directly.
