☆ CAN I RESERVE A PLANT?

In order to ensure fairness for everyone, reservation is not possible unless stated otherwise.

 

☆ WHAT PLANTS WILL YOU HAVE IN THE FUTURE?

☆ WHEN IS THE NEXT RESTOCK?

This varies but we try our best to restock on a regular basis, usually once a month. Please sign up to our newsletters or follow us on Instagram for stock updates.

 

☆ HOW DO I MAKE CHECK OUT FASTER?

Some popular plants can be out of stock straight after stock launch. In order to increase your chance to get the plants you want, please create an account and add your delivery address and phone number prior to stock launch so that you won't have to be typing your shipping address when you are at check out. Express Check such as Apple Pay and will give you the fastest check out speed. Please ensure you have shipping address pre-saved with those payment methods. Please note that you will be required to enter phone number at the last stage of the check out for non-express check out methods if you don't have an account with us.

☆ HOW DO I USE A GIFT CARD?

Simple enter your Gift Card code at check out to complete your purchase. The Gift Card value will be deducted from your order total. If the order total is less than the value of the Gift Card, you will be able to use the outstanding balance on your Gift Card next time. Please note that the Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We recommend that you create an account and save your address and phone number prior to any stock launch to help you check out faster to secure your purchase.

 

☆ WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO PURCHASE MULTIPLE PLANTS?

It is up to you whether you would like to add all plants into your cart and check out in one order, or to place separate orders. We recommend you to check out the plant you want the most first, and then place separate orders for other plants, as this will give you the best chance of securing your favourite plant. Some popular plants can be sold out within a few seconds after restock. If you place multiple orders, we are happy to refund you shipping if you would like to combine the orders, just contact us after placing the orders.

 

☆ WHY IS THE PLANT SOLD OUT AFTER I ADDED TO MY CART?

Please note that adding items to your shopping cart does not prevent other people from purchasing them. The item will be sold to whoever completes the payment first to ensure fairness.

 

☆ HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? CAN YOU COMBINE SHIPPING FOR MULTIPLE ORDERS?

Please visit shipping page for shipping rates to your country. Shipping cost is the same regardless of how many plants you purchase in one single order. If you have placed multiple orders and would like to combine shipping cost, please contact us after you have placed the orders, and we would be happy to refund shipping cost, otherwise we may ship your orders separately.

 

☆ CAN I PICK A COURIER?

Our default courier is UPS. Occasionally we use Royal Mail if there are shipping delays with UPS. Regrettably it is not possible to choose your preferred courier.

 

☆ CAN YOU HOLD THE PLANTS FOR ME AFTER PURCHASE?

Regrettably we cannot hold the plants for you after you have made your purchase. We tend to book courier collections for all orders to be shipped on a same day after each restock.

 

☆ WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE ENTERED WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please send an email to contact@rocknrolljungle.co.uk or on Instagram quoting your order number and the correct shipping address.

 

☆ I RECEIVED THE PLANT THAT IS DAMAGED / SAD / HAVING YELLOW LEAVES. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please note that tropical plants can be sensitive to shipping, and it is not uncommon to have one or two yellowing leaves upon receiving your plants.  However, if you are concerned about the conditions of the plant you receive, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can advise on the next steps. Please send an email to contact@rocknrolljungle.co.uk immediately with photos. Please visit our plant care page and follow the care instructions after receiving your plants.

 

☆ I RECEIVED THE PLANT AND I'VE CHANGED MY MIND?

Unless stated otherwise, all our plants are photographed and listed individually so that you can pick the exact plant you like. We advise you not to purchase a plant if you are uncertain, as returning it will cause more stress to the plant. However, please let us know if you have changed your mind, and we will advise you on how to return your order for a refund.
