We list each plant individually so that you can pick your favourite ones and be sure that what you pick are exactly what you are going to get. It is recommended that you create an account and add your delivery address prior to stock launches in order to make the check out faster. For phone users, you may use express checkout option such as Apple Pay for a fast check out (ensure that you have set up default shipping address in your Apple Pay account, PayPal etc). Please note that you will still be asked to enter phone number at final check out stage.
Once you have placed an order, we will usually dispatch within 1-3 working days. However, during busy times this may take up to 5 working days. Shipping to the UK usually takes 1-2 business day. Depending on destinations and courier services, we usually avoid shipping out on Thursdays and Fridays to avoid unnecessary delays over the weekend. Local pick-up is possible at London Finsbury Park Underground Station (North London). Pick-ups are usually available during early hours in the evenings. Select pick up option at check out and you will be contacted to arrange a pick up time.
Please open your package extremely carefully to avoid accidental damage to the plants. Despite our best attempt of plant care and packing, due to the nature of tropical plants and shipping stress, it is sometimes inevitable to have some damaged and yellow leaves. However, if you have any concerns or unhappy about the plants upon arrival, please immediately take photos and send us an email: contact@rocknrolljungle.co.uk or contact us on Instagram so we can help. Please do not remove the plant from the substrate or your return guarantee is voided.

We guarantee your plants for 10 days from the day you receive them if you follow our plant care guidanceWe will issue you a full refund and you will need to return the plants in their original pots and substrate back to us (we will cover the cost for return shipping). Replacement may be possible depending on availability. Regrettably we do not offer partial refund as an option. We reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of care.
